Our innovative company has been providing exceptional food and catering services in Brighton and the South of England for the past 30 years.

At FSP we love to cook food from all over the world whilst also catering for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. We are also very proud of our English heritage and source ingredients locally and seasonally. We are flexible, dynamic and creative but most of all practical. Why Food Solutions? Our passion is simply food, drink and parties! We aim to indulge your culinary desires, providing an extravaganza of food that reflects your individual personality and taste. Imaginative menus and exquisite presentation ensure your next event will be an occasion to remember!

Over the years our private functions have ranged from elaborate weddings and other family affairs through to dinner parties, cocktail buffets, children’s parties and receptions.

On the corporate side we’ve provided anything from boardroom lunches to new product launches for customers such as Brighton Dome, Porsche, Rivervale, Royal Bank of Scotland, Allied Irish bank, Vertex Law, Frosts, Bodyshop, Cecil Gee, Graves Jenkins, Uden Estate Agents, The Mayors Parlour, Shell, and St. Peter’s Medical Centre, The Green Party, Viva, Marie Clare, the Climate Clinic, T.Mobile to name but a few! And we regularly plan events for all the major venues in town. Including Hove Rugby Club, Hove Market Arts centre, Fabrica and the Corn Exchange.

The Partnership has always had a strong desire to succeed, using only the freshest, most sustainable produce, sourced and grown locally whenever possible.
