The Food Solutions Partnership comprises a core of three people who have worked and played together for over 20 years. Simon, Karen and Kate each have unique talents that together make a formidable combination.

Simon's experience lies in starting up and running a wide range of catering operations, tasting and buying wine whilst also sourcing local produce (organic wherever possible). Simon is the author of 3 cookery books and has written regular articles for newspapers and magazines nationally on the subject of food. Simon's creative flair and knowledge of food together with his personal touch produce fantastic results every time.

Karen is probably one of the best chefs of her generation. She's been working at the cutting edge of cookery for many years and brings dynamic tastebuds, a critical eye and most importantly a huge backlog of satisfied customers! Karen has also made numerous Television shows and can clearly demonstrate her sublime cooking skills in front of cameras and commis chefs alike.

Kate is an inspirational cake and pudding maker who firmly believes that the most important part of every meal is dessert and 4pm is definitely time for tea (...and a slice of cake). Kate knows that in every person there is a cake waiting to come out and her mission is to help you find it. Using only the best possible ingredients Kate is also happy to cater for anyone who has  special dietary requirements.
